DC SHOES - ARKLEON LTD BOOT AT URBAN INDUSTRY

To mark the arrival of DC shoes at Urban Industry we are stocking one of the rarest artist edition boots that DC have made as part of their Artist Series..4-5 shops in the UK only will be stocking this boot.

The lastest creation from the DC Shoes Artist Projects is the creation of two past Artist Projects Alumini. Taking The Leon, (the 2005 Artist Projects collaboration with Michael Leon) Arkitip (a 2001 Artist Projects collaborator) adds a new touch to create the Arkleon. The Arkleon’s simplistic shoe design features a custom designed mid top in water-resistant, breathable Wolverine suede. Only 1500 pairs of the new Artist Projects Boot have been manufactured worldwide.

We should have them in limited stock around the 20th January 2007....Along with the Arkleon boot will will be stocking a selection of the brand new DC Shoes Life Collection..a range of shoes taken from the ever strong DC skate range and given a premium material and limited colouring makeover..but still with a normal DC price tag...

Mumm-ra

Mumm-ra recently popped into Urban Industry to do a photoshoot for the local magazine (East).


The chaps did a Christmas Special shoot in the Urban Industry basement. Mumm-ra are currently on the NME tour, with the likes of The View, Artic Monkeys and The Automatic. Check them out at :

For the Gravis Footwear store in Harajuko, Tokyo (aptly named Gravis Tokyo) Gravis produced a first birthday present in the shape of a ltd edt Tarmac Royale. There were only 300 pairs made of the super cool hybrid between a sneaker/casual shoe and they were released in the Tokyo Gravis store in July 06. Just 160 of those pairs have now made their way to Europe (slow boat from China) and now they can be yours.
